'The Addams Family' Trailer

In the trailer for the animated film The Addams Family, Morticia Addams (voice of Charlize Theron) opens the window on a gray, rainy day and says, "What a lovely morning!" The opening theme for the '70s TV series The Partridge Family — "Come on Get Happy" — plays as children Wednesday (Chloë Grace Moretz) and Pugsley (Finn Wolfhard) are woken in an abrupt fashion. We see the family, including Gomez (Oscar Isaac) and Uncle Fester (Nick Kroll) go out in the world where their macabre ways are misunderstood. Only Wednesday scores points in biology class, when she does something unexpected with a frog that's scheduled to be dissected. Based on the comics by Charles Addams.
