In the second trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic (voice of Ben Schwartz) describes himself as a ball of super energy. He reveals that because everyone on his planet was after his superpowers, he came to Earth. However, no sooner does he lands on Earth than he finds himself being hunted by Doctor Robotnik (Jim Carrey), who is determined to harness Sonic’s powers for evil. Sonic goes on the run and meets Tom Wachowski (James Marsden), who helps him.
