Turn It Up
This semi-autobiographical film is about a rapper, Diamond (Pras), from Brooklyn struggling to make it big. After the death of his mother, Diamond's father re-enters his life looking for reconciliation. Meanwhile, Diamond's girlfriend is pregnant, and his childhood friend has gotten him involved with drugs and violence. How will this gifted young musician break free?
