Quatro Meninas
In Brazil in 1885, four enslaved Black girls at a boarding school plan an escape. When their white mistresses discover the plot and insist on joining them, the group takes refuge in an abandoned farmhouse, where entrenched power structures, identities, and desires are challenged.
