Best movie I had seen in a long time

I loved the movie. Everyone sometime in their life wants to get away, to see if there is greener grass elsewhere. This beautiful story is all about that and finding oneself amidst the unknown of their own country. Heartwarming, sensible, funny, believable, very well acted. I loved it!

Bravo, this is what Canada and Canadians are all about. Nothing fakes about this movie, it’s sad ,humorous it’s a story of a dying man and ordinary people he meets on is journey. Definitely not Hollywood. Great movie.

As one who has ridden a motorcycle across Canada, I wholeheartedly recommend this film. Hard to believe an old Norton would be that reliable, though!

Thought that it portrayed Canada in such a beautiful light. It showcased how vast and marvellous each province is, as well as how welcoming Canadians are.

This movie is really great. It makes you proud to be Canadian and highlights some of what Canada has to offer. I also like how there was a little tribute to Francophones in the film. The only thing I was a little dissapointed in, was the film seems to have been filmed in the gloomiest of weather. Not many sunny days, but the film still shines through.

I loved it - made me proud to be Canadian but also put into perspective all the peripheral 'stuff' we allow ourselves to occupy our thoughts, energy and quality of life moments...

Great movie, whole theatre laughed and signed together. Different (and better) then anything else we have seen for a long, long time.

I LOVED THIS MOVIE - I THINK JOSH JACKSON DID AN AMAZING JOB (AS PER USUAL) AND I ESPECIALLY LOVE HOW PROUD HE IS TO BE CANADIAN AND IT SHOWS BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH HOLLYWOOD IS KNOCKING, HE STILL PICKS THESE AMAZING FILMS TO DO, GOING THE NON-TRADITIONAL ROUTE. LOVED IT!!

I saw this film on the opening night of the Kingston Canadian Film Festival on Feb. 26th and it was superb! I gave it a standing ovation as it really made me feel (I laughed & cried) and think without leaving me in despair despite its subject matter and an ending left open to interpretation. The director, producer and editor of this film were also on hand for a Q&A and they admitted that it is a love letter to Canada as it was filmed during Joshua Jackson's motorcycle trip from Toronto to Tofino and Joshua even did his own riding. The Canadian scenery caught on film confirms that this is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Jackson's performance was excellent, the soundtrack was

It's that kind of movie that makes you step back and take a look at your life, I like the fact that it is a Canadian movie it is excellent.

It's disappointing that what begins as a wonderful tribute to Canada quickly becomes the most irritating, cliche ridden film I've seen in quite a while.

I enjoyed the road trip, the character Ben, the overall acting, the humour, loved the music, the Canadianess of it all! Left the movie wanting to get on the motorbike with my husband and head out.
