The world is still recovering from the events of Avengers: Endgame. The chaos the world is in has invited more criminal activity, even bringing the likes of Helmut Zemo (Daniel Brühl) back from out of the shadows. Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie), a.k.a. The Falcon, and Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan), a.k.a. The Winter Soldier, team up in order to help bring order back to the world. With the loss of Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) as Captain America, Sam and Bucky must figure out who will take up the mantle next, and become the new hero that people can get behind.
