Sand Castle - Official Trailer

The official trailer for Sand Castle begins as a young man (Nicholas Hoult) says, "I was lucky to get a war. That's how the old guy saw it." We're taken to 2003 Iraq and see the soldier repeatedly slam a door on his hand in an effort to get sent home. His attempt fails.
The trailer continues as his mission is explored. We see him interact with the people of Iraq, but we also see him get caught in the heat of battle when he and his fellow comrades are ambushed.
Explosions, gun shots and chaos make up the remainder of the trailer as the central character says, "I'd love to say, 'I'm here to fight for freedom.' But honestly, I don't belong here."
