When a fraternity moves next door to young couple Mac (Seth Rogan) and Kelly Radner (Rose Byrne), the couple tries to convince the frat boys that they’re cool neighbors. However, when their baby finds a condom on the front lawn and puts it in his mouth, they rush him to the hospital in a panic. The last straw is when the Frat boys throw a wild party and trim the Radner’s hedge into the shape of a man bending over. A war starts between the two houses. When Mac cuts the power to the frat house as well as axing one of their water pipes, the fraternity counters by stealing all the air bags from the couple’s car. Kelly wonders why they would steal air bags, but the answer becomes clear very quickly.
