In this trailer for Lady Bird, we see a young girl named Christine "Lady Bird" McPherson (Saoirse Ronan) arguing with her mother in the car about her future plans. She's looking for "culture" and wants to attend an Ivy League school, but she doesn’t exactly have the grades or determination to back it up. Constantly in conflict with almost anyone around her, especially her mother who sees her daughter as a self-centered brat, Lady Bird continues to fight to become exactly who she is and get exactly what she wants, though she may find the road to self-discovery a little bumpy.
