Good All-Around Experiences Here

May 09, 2026

Overall, I really like this place. The seating is very comfortable -- as long as they keep the worn-out seats repaired or replaced. The folks who sell the concessions and tickets are almost always friendly, helpful and kind. I feel that the pictures are clear and the sound levels are about right. They keep it really clean, even the restrooms. It is the only place that we go, now, to watch movies.

Awesome Employees

September 15, 2019

My review is about the employees at Kyova 10 Theatre. A few weeks ago, my 14-year-old daughter went to the Kyova mall with her friends. My rule is for her to text me every half-hour so I know she's okay. I was busy at home, doing housework, then realized it had been three hours since her last text. I tried to call her and also her friend's phone, but neither was answering. I tried calling and texting for an hour, then drove to the Kyova mall. I looked all over and determined the only thing that made sense was that the girls must have gone into the theater to watch a movie, and had their phones turned off. I approached three employees and told them my situation. Keep in mind, I am shaking like a leaf, my voice is barely coming out. The employees can clearly see that I'm in complete panic mode. One young man.... I regret that I didn't get his name..... asked for a description, and said, "Okay, I will look for her in the theaters." This sweet young man went into the theaters, one by one, looking for my daughter, and then in a moment, another male employee came and offered to join the search. When there was one more theater left to search, my daughter finally texted me. (They had gone into Rural King). I tried to thank the theater employees profusely, but I was more emotional out of relief and happiness that she was okay. There was a female employee too, who was also very compassionate. But this one young man was very reassuring and supportive, and he did everything he could possibly do to help me. I appreciated that very much. I will use this theatre over the Cinemark one because I would like to support the company that employs such awesome people.
