Who ever their ckeaning people are,they shouk

Was at the movies last evening April 21. I realized next morning i forgot my huge wallet purse. Went their the next day when I realized this. The cleaning people gave it to staff. My credit cards,money and everything in it were in tact. I coukdnt believe it. I cant stop talking about the honesty of the person who turned it in and also the staff. Ty ty ty . God bless you all . I have faith there are still honest people in this world. I just wish i knew who turned it in to thank and reward them.

Seating chart bad idea

When the hell did assigned f**kin seating start?! Worst f**kin idea EVER!! I had to beg to take a reserved occupied by an argumentative customer who was already in it!! What if that person had a gun laced with a violent agenda!!!

As a Woman I Wouldn't Go Anywhere Else !

Wow! It's like heaven compared to Philadelphia, PA theatres. SEAT MAPS ARE ONLINE. You can use the online theatre maps to see which have the extra-large, really comfortable, reclining seats and which have reserved seating. Use these to reserve your seats (if available for that showtime) when you buy tickets. Lots of well lit, FREE PARKING close to the entrance and exits of the theatre. So, as a woman, I have no fear going here alone, even very late at night. Handicapped access is easy to use throughout the mall and theatre. They show most independent films and foreign films, including ANIME ! Anime is shown dubbed and SUBBED - check the date and showtime info. They often have a BONUS FREEBIE for a movie, such as limited edition posters or buttons. They have a VIP line that could use some more attention from the staff selling tickets but it usually works just fine. I have never seen any fights or heard any threats about this, even when it was very busy. The theater staff has always been polite and helpful. The theatre seats are always clean. The restrooms are clean and have never lacked paper, seat covers, soap, etc. They have lots of bench type seating if you want to sit down in there too. There is a baby changing stall in every women's bathroom I've been inside and they are clean. They have a bar, which is wonderful, and brings into sharp contrast the terrible state of the concession stands. The concession stands are among the worst managed ones I've ever seen. (I wanted to rate them 0 stars) At night, usually only one (of two) is open and staffed by , which causes long lines. The VIP line is ALWAYS IGNORED ! The most popular food items are sold out, EVERY SINGLE TIME. You'd need God-like luck to get, among MANY things, a pizza or jalapenos. They advertise specials for those on a budget but the SPECIALS ARE ALWAYS SOLD OUT. NO ALTERNATIVE HAS EVER BEEN OFFERED in place of the sold out item or combo. Most of the concession stand staff s

Need new and caring Management

There is a premier line (VIP) that you pay extra for but the employees are afraid to call you ahead of the other line because the people are hostile and combative. Manager does not take the effort to train or correct the problem as it creates a safety hazard with fights. They do not get involved. Also no one patrols the theaters to monitor and reprimand the annoying people who are on the phones all the time. If you go to the manager to complain they say they will be there but they never show up. Ruins the movie with the flashing lights and the unconcerned Manager and employees. Bathrooms need attention and seats in theater need to be cleaned. Went in movie when the lights were on as they were sweeping up popcorn from lazy people who left their trash all over. Discusting!!!! Makes you think twice before sitting down. I refuse to go there anymore. Need to get someone who cares to run the place!

BOYCOTT THIS THEATER VERY RACIST

Horrible horrible experience. Ticket person was rude and unprofessional and manager (Amber) was even worst. Manager stated you blacks are the worst and when I complained to cooperate they stated that I was the one being rude (which was not true) and blocked me from callin again. I will not be using another AMC theater as long as I live. They don’t care about the behavior of their racist employees and will defend them at all cost. I will be starting an online petition for anyone who has experienced this treatment from an employee at this location so that we can get them shut down. If we don’t stand for the as a people we will fall for the bigotry. So sad the world we live in😔

Always a let down

Always dirty....theaters, floors, bathrooms (broken items).... Sound is often not loud enough in your theater and you can hear the movie next door too loudly. Concession - only keep one open causing huge lines. Same for the ticket area- only keep 2 open and the line is very long and we are always early. For the high prices you expect a clean, friendly, and enjoyable time. Never does that happen. They need to clean it, repair the bathrooms, and have every line open with a smile for what they charge. Customer Service is poor..... It is the location that is best for us, but I wish a good manager would come in and turn it around. It could and should be a great place to go.

Great Early Rates!

While the theater is a little dated as far as the seats being old, they keep the floors clean, and are constantly keeping the theater well-maintained. The people are nice, the earlybird rates are excellent (especially for this area, where a normal movie runs over $12, $15 for 3D), the concession stands are busy but the service people are always really, really responsive and helpful. We've had a few misses, but only on really off hours times when almost no one is there. 9/10 times, we have a great experience. My kids love it, and my husband and I go as well. Definitely worth the perk card, if you go once every couple of months or more.

All time worst

From the time we entered it was a nightmare. Trash on the floor, no lids for the drinks or ice, ignorant people. And that was before we even sat down. That was whole other nightmare!!! Loud rude people crowded in the theater and no one said a thing. Cell phone lights shined in my face. Worst audio ever and some unexplained sound throughout the entire movie. It was absolutely the worst theater experience we have ever had. You couldn't pay us to go back there!!!
