Omar Epps Overview

A native of Brooklyn, Omar Epps is a graduate of the New York High School of the Performing Arts. He made his debut in Ernest R. Dickerson's urban drama Juice (1992). For a time, Epps ran the risk of being typecast, portraying athletes in a string of films.
