Nicholas Dimitri Constantine Galitzine was born in Hammersmith, West London. He initially aimed for a professional rugby career, but recurring injuries — including a rotator cuff issue — led him to step away from the sport. His interest in acting began when friends encouraged him to audition for a local theater production, after which he chose to pursue acting instead of university.

Nicholas Galitzine made his film debut in The Beat Beneath My Feet (2014) alongside Luke Perry. He later appeared as Timmy in The Craft: Legacy (2020) and played Prince Robert opposite Camila Cabello in Cinderella (2021), contributing vocals to the soundtrack.

His breakout came with Netflix’s Purple Hearts (2022), playing a troubled marine looking for military benefits. He went on to star in Bottoms (2023), Red, White & Royal Blue (2023), and The Idea of You (2024), co-starring alongside Anne Hathaway. In The Sheep Detectives (2026), he joined an all-star cast, including Hugh Jackman and Emma Thompson

He has since been cast as He-Man in Masters of the Universe (2026) preparing with intensive physical training.
