Playing a secret agent in the new thriller White House Down required some preparation for Maggie Gyllenhaal, but the Oscar-nominated actress says she was up for the task. The film is about an assault on the White House by a paramilitary group and stars Channing Tatum and Jamie Foxx as the President of the United States.

Tribute.ca spoke with Maggie in Washington D.C. about researching for her role, her crush on Jamie Foxx and the determining factor for her when it comes to taking a role in a film.
