Jim Parsons and Kevin Costner talk about their latest film, Hidden Figures. Kevin says the film "holds a mirror up for us" as it shows people what our history is and whether things have changed. He adds that women have to fight their way into the workplace, African Americans have to fight three times as hard to gain employment, and "as a white person, you can't relate to an African American. You can only empathize."
