Great AMC now

Comfy seats, good popcorn, great customer service. The only thing that could be tweaked is maybe a recalibration of the speakers, otherwise a great theater to visit!

Best prices in town on Tues and Thurs!!!!

The seats are comfortable, the quality is great, and you can't beat the prices of both tickets and concessions on their Tuesday and Thursday specials!!!! Much nicer atmosphere than the Edwards in town and much less crowded!!! Both make it a much more pleasant experience!!!

Seats are fantastic concession is not

I just moved from out of state. The theatre is clean, seats are superb. Don’t buy anything from the concession stand unless it comes prewrapped. Saw the concession worker handle money and then run to fill a large popcorn order ( no gloves, thumb sticking in the box). No thanks! I don’t care how good it tastes.

when i first walked in i didn’t realize that it was a movie theater and of course behind the snack stand i see the two most fat ass yacks i proceed to try to go into my movie that was rated R the yack proceeds to tell me i’m to young i’m 21 years old very rude and then kicks us out the they were just mad because they are not skinny queens

***BEWARE***WORST THEATER & CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

***BEWARE OF THIS THEATER***Do NOT go to this theater unless you want to be treated horribly, be completely disappointed and perhaps NOT even see the movie you drive all the way down there for! I go to AMC all the time and am also a Premiere member. Ive never had a bad experience until I visited this AMC for the first time, and the entire incident left me re-thinking if I ever wanted to visit AMC again! I was checking movies for my nephews and saw that they were playing angry birds at an amc. When I searched the nearest AMC playing Angry Birds this AMC came up which is the closest to Hemet (about a 35 minute drive). There was only one showing. So I drove the 35 mins there and when we got there to purchase the tickets I was told that this was an "amazon prime special" and needed to be purchased through them. I told them that no where on the AMC website did it SAY that this was an "amazon special" and needed to be purchased through amazon and tickets would NOT be available to purchase at AMC! I then tried to purchase the tickets by going into my amazon account and i could not find out how to do so. The guy that was helping me whose name was "EVAN" couldn't figure it out either. The movie was about to start so I asked them to call the Manager. It took him about 10 minutes to get there. I was really frustrated and told him that we drove 35 minutes to get there and No where on the website did it say that this movie was not through AMC etc. So the MANAGER whose name was "MATHEW" (the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL manager I have ever come across!) first proceeds to tell me that it DOES say on the website tickets need to be purchased through amazon (which it did NOT)! And then he tells me that the movie is NOT even playing this day and the screening is for ANOTHER DAY! I then pulled up their website and SHOWED HIM THAT THE DATE WAS FOR TODAY! I ALSO SHOWED HIM THAT IT DID NOT SAY ANYWHERE THAT TICKETS NEEDED TO BE PURCHASED THROUG
