Terrible Customer Service

August 22, 2022

Sm popcorn not available - $8.19 for regular. No carbonation in drink machine - said we could get water but would still be $5.89 for the cup. got 2 bottled water for $4.69 each - candy was butterfinger $4.59 and junior mints $4.89. Also had to choose seats - he said only green areas are available - there were not many of them. When movie started there were 10 people in the whole theater so all those seats couldn't have been sold. I can't believe you would charge $5.89 for a cup to get water when the drink machine wasn't working! I can understand why people are no longer going to the movies.

Great updated theater!

August 05, 2019

Our family used to go to the other theater down the street. But, since the amc opened we havn't been back there! Tuesdays are just 5 dollars per ticket if you're a stubs member. Popcorn is awesome, as are the employees. Sure, popcorn is on the floors, but what theater doesn'tt have that? Bonus : heated reclining seating. Great theater!

WONDERFUL THEATRE !!!

February 21, 2019

I see complaints on here about popcorn on the carpet and what not. When I went the carpet, bathrooms, and theatre was super clean ! The employees are so nice and they also have a bar which is an awesome touch if you're into that. I think these complaints are from people who are mad because they had to wait in line! Probably got there late. BUY YOUR TICKETS ONLINE PEOPLE! GET THERE ABOUT 15 MIN EARLY. My family and I never have a problem. I always have a wonderful experience !

Archdale

November 26, 2018

Was very disappointed! For this to be a new theater it was dirty. Popcorn was everywhere carpet had not been cleaned in a while and the drink machines up front were out of coke. We told the concession workers but they never bothered to fill them up. Sad....

Carmike to AMC

November 22, 2017

Sad to see the Carmine go, it was nice to have a discount theater in town. AMC has made a few nice changes though, overall it's not a bad change.

Screwed by the prices!

May 05, 2017

We were dedicated customers at Carmike for years and were well satisfied with movies that had already been out for a while. Now, Regal is charging 3-4 times as much for new movies. Plus, that older theater needs major upgrades to the facilities to warrant first run films. It was great for a discount theater, but not for premium flicks. We're now going to Sedgefield Crossing.
