Spider-Man: No Way HomeLast weekend, Scream took the top spot away from four-time box office champion Spider-Man: No Way Home. This weekend, the superhero flick returned to the top, pushing Scream into second place.  Check out which films made the top five this weekend!

Spider-Man: No Way Home climbed its way back to the top spot, earning an additional domestic total of $14.1 million. Keeping the distinction of being the highest-earning film since the pandemic began, it is now also No. 6 on the list of all-time top grossing films at the worldwide box office. Its five-week total is an impressive $721 million.

Scream, starring David Arquette and Neve Campbell, took second place in its second box office weekend, taking in an additional $12.4 million for a total of $51.3 million.

The animated sequel Sing 2 held onto third place, nabbing an additional $5.7 million in its fifth weekend for a total of $128.4 million.

The only new movie this weekend in the top five was the Christian Western romantic drama Redeeming Love, set during the California Gold Rush of 1850. It debuted in fourth place with $3.7 million.

Rounding out the top five was The King’s Man, holding onto its place from last weekend. It took in an extra $1.8 million for a four-week total of $31.5 million. ~Alexandra Heilbron
